Sale of two executive apartments within a converted Grade B listed townhouse in Glasgow’s west end for existing developer client (combined value of £1.5million);
Sale of 4 residential plots in 130 plot site in north Glasgow for long standing developer client;
Lease and option to purchase of industrial premises in Glasgow for vehicle repair company to allow expansion of business;
Sale of development land in north Glasgow for existing client;
Sale of industrial premises in Scottish central belt for existing client;
Conclusion of missives, suspensive on satisfactory planning and funding for purchase of 30 plot residential site in Scottish central belt;
Acting for a company in the recruitment sector, recovering payment for our client of a “transfer fee” in respect of a temporary to permanent worker;
Acting for an individual client whom is a director and shareholder of a company in the professional services sector, providing our client with advices in respect of all available rights and remedies including under a shareholder and subscription agreement;
Acting for an individual client party to a joint venture, providing our client with advices in respect of the obligations of our client’s “partner” to account to our client for all funds received in respect of the business of the joint venture and a possible Court action for count, reckoning and payment;
Acting for a company in the manufacturing sector, recovering payment for our client in respect of a machine that had been supplied on a return or purchase basis and which was returned but in a state of irreparable disrepair;
Acting for a football club and recovering damages from our client’s former solicitors in respect of negligent advices concerning a property transaction.
