Reviewing and advising on a distribution agreement for a leading (Glasgow headquartered) international research and development company;

Advising on the (legal aspects of) administration of a well established Scottish business in the construction sector;

Advising two site Scottish care sector business on a potential restructure and demerger of the business;

Advising a key executive of well established HR business on the valuation and disposal of his shares on his exit from the company;

Advising well established West of Scotland estate agency on the consolidation of shareholdings in its holding company;

Advising a neuro clinical research company on the exit of a senior employee due to early retirement, by way of a negotiated settlement agreement;

Assisting a director of a PLC in relation to his employment terms and conditions;

Assisting a training development company in negotiating an associate agreement for a new project;

Advising on the negotiation and acquisition of a co-founder’s shareholding in an established Scottish accountancy firm by the majority shareholder and advising on related employment claims and post-completion matters arising therefrom;

Advising an innovative client in the care sector on the development and contractual arrangements for software-as-a-service and associated intellectual property aspects, to be provided to its clients on a subscription basis;

Advising an established property investor on a commercial refinancing of a listed property in Midlothian, including advising on the terms of a facility agreement and associated fixed security;

Advising a market-leading applied research organisation on various distribution agreements and in connection with the passing of title and risk and associated liability issues;

Acting for house builder in acquisition of substantial development site;

Advising high profile fuel supply company in leasing of new site; and

Acting for Scottish property business in the sale of a business premises in the Scottish Central Belt.
