Ian trained at Dundas & Wilson and joined Macdonald Henderson as a director in 2007.
Ian specialises in the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and commercial lease work.
In addition, Ian represents various high street banks in commercial security work and acts for numerous insolvency practitioners in the sale of distressed assets.
Ian was part of a three lawyer team voted Scottish Commercial Property Legal Team of the Year. Ian is known for his sensible, commercial approach and his strong relationships with clients, built around his approachable style and the reliable, efficient and prompt service which he provides.
