Macdonald Henderson has advised Amedeo Adjusting, the Scottish loss adjuster on its disposal to QuestGates, the UK’s largest independent loss adjuster.
Founded in 2003, Amedeo provides property and liability loss adjusting services from offices in Glasgow, London, Manchester and Birmingham.
It has a long-standing reputation for providing catastrophe services in the Bahamas and Jamaica which will enhance the global capabilities of QuestGates as part of the vrs Adjusters organisation.
All Amedeo staff will transfer to QuestGates including founder, Andrew Richmond.
