Jennifer is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution Team.
Jennifer has substantial experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, with particular expertise in court proceedings before the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session, as well as matters before the Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Jennifer regularly represents clients across Scotland and has a strong track record of successfully navigating complex and contentious matters.
Jennifer’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of disputes, including debt recovery, contractual disputes, landlord and tenant matters, property disputes and insolvency-related litigation.
