Advising the founder and sole shareholder of a leading Scottish cosmetic dentistry specialist on the disposal of the business to a trade buyer;
Advising a leading Scottish wealth management company on a double share buyback from an institutional and private shareholder respectively;
Advising a commercial real estate client in the sale of commercial development site in Scottish central belt;
Advising Scottish start up in the labelling sector on a spectrum of corporate legal aspects;
Advising well established business consultancy in the leasing of new office premises;
Acting for a charity, providing advices in connection with admittance and removal of members;
Acting for directors of wholesale of goods companies, applying to court on behalf of our clients under section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to allow our clients to continue to act as directors;
Acting for a commercial landlord, pursuing court action for irritancy of a lease and removal of a tenant and completing eviction of tenant (on the grounds of rent arrears).
