Advising NeuroClin Ltd, the pioneering neurological research organisation headquartered at Eurocentral, Scotland’s leading industrial and business hub on the completion of a seven-figure investment by N4 Partners;
Advising the shareholders a UK leader in the design and supply of handrails, walkways, barriers, roof-edge protection systems, access safety-related products) in the sale of their majority shareholding to a trade buyer;
Advising (with PwC) a Welsh family run group of companies (in the aggregates, asphalt and concrete sectors) on the acquisition of a 75% shareholding in a Scottish work automation & data visualisation software company;
Advising leading, Scottish headquartered PR agency on the removal of legacy securities from the group’s records;
Advising Scottish training agency on change of control aspects of key, strategic client contract;
Generating template NDA for a company in the plastics sector, for use in discussions with potential trade collaborators;
Advising UK wide insurance providers in preparation/completion of lease management documentation relating to new office space;
Acting for experienced leisure industry entrepreneurs in the acquisition of new licensed premises;
Assisting a company supplying safety signs in the update of their contracts of employment and employee handbook to incorporate 2024 employment updates;
Advising a marketing agency on a review of their customer terms and conditions of sale;
Acting for directors of a PLC providing advices on various directors’ duties under the Companies Act 2006.
