Advising a chartered accountancy and audit firm based in Glasgow on ICAS Audit Regulations and Guidance & updated Audit Regulations;
Advising leading Scottish building consultancy, on the establishment of an EMI option scheme to retain, incentive and motivate key members of the management team;
Advising on inter-spousal share transfers in insurance related business as part of settlement proceedings;
Advising third sector Scottish rural community body on title related matters in respect of high profile community property; and
Acting for well-established experiential leisure provider in lease documentation relating to substantial leisure facility in Scottish central belt.
