Advising a minority shareholder on the disposal of a leading Scottish building surveying and project management services provider to a global residential property management services group;
Advising the majority shareholder on the buyback of shares in Paul Hodgekiss, the leading Scottish wood design and manufacture company, from outgoing investor N4;
Advising Lothian DIY & Building Supplies the Central Scotland supplier of building, timber, home improvement and gardening supplies, on the acquisition of Loch Long Transport Ltd;
Advising an engineering start-up in relation to an intellectual property licence agreement with the University of Strathclyde;
Advising a packaging solutions company on the preparation of new supply terms for customers;
Acting for an individual in relation to required advices for a personal guarantee for a security package to fund a new business start-up;
Assisting an audio distribution company in relation to various employment matters;
Advising minority shareholder in a Scottish sound production company on S994 unfair prejudice shareholder matters;
Advising a company in the care sector regarding a loan agreement with a connected company;
Assisting an industrial equipment supply company in relation to an underperforming senior employee;
Advising a senior employee in relation to a potential constructive dismissal claim;
Assisting a lighting company in relation to the rectification of Companies House filings;
Advising a company working within the music industry in relation to required updates to their staff manual;
Advising Glasgow based care provider in transfer of commercial property;
Acting for UK wide supplier of safety equipment in the intra group transfer of two Scottish commercial properties; and
