Assisting a Buyer on earnout payments due to Sellers, and further stamp duty calculations due to HMRC;
Assisting a training development company in relation to a services agreement with a new client;
Advising a company in the care sector in relation to the drafting and preparation of a directors’ service agreement for senior management team;
Acting for experienced property investor in the acquisition of potential development site;
Advising charitable organisation in land transfer to the local authority; and
