Advising 57 year old, three generation Scottish family business in the fine foods distribution sector, on an MBO of the business by the fourth family generation;
Assisting a professional services agency with the drafting and preparation of new terms and conditions for the supply of services;
Advising key executive of leading Scottish 24/7 cyber security firm on equity participation and executive package terms, to position the group for further growth;
Advising a Scottish company in the care sector in relation to establishing a new EMI Option Scheme;
Advising minority shareholder in financial services business, on protective rights and remedies available under UK company law and issuing appropriate letter to company;
Advising a UK company manufacturing a range of cleaning solutions on the terms of an intra-group company agreement;
Advising well established Scottish family law practice on corporate compliance and governance matters;
Advising shareholders of growing Scottish credit management company on grant of share pledges;
Advising a company in the care home sector in relation to the appointment of a senior executive and the drafting and preparation of a directors’ service agreement;
Acting for a senior employee leaving employment due to redundancy by way of a settlement agreement;
Assisting a safety and risk management company in relation to family leave provisions;
Advising longstanding engineering business on leasing of new factory premises in Scottish central belt;
Acting for UK wide fuel industry organization in leasing of new trading premises in Scottish Highlands.
