Assisting an industrial equipment supply company in relation to negotiating an employee exit by way of a settlement agreement;
Advising an international research company on the drafting and preparation of a new licence agreement for use;
Establishing an EMI option scheme for fast growing, Scotland based semiconductor equipment support to retain, incentivise and motivate key executives;
Acting for client in the drafting and agreement of a variation to a share purchase agreement to set out the terms of updated deferred consideration terms;
Advising 50% shareholder of insolvent business on aspects of corporate law as these concepts relate to matrimonial property;
Advising a neuro clinical research company on change of name formalities;
Advising a company in the care sector in relation to the creation of an EMI option scheme to retain, incentivise and motivate key employees; and
Assisting an IT and software services company on the negotiation of a new services agreement with a key customer.
