- Advising a company in the care sector in relation to the creation of an EMI option scheme to retain, incentivise and motivate key employees;
- Assisting an IT and software services company on the negotiation of a new services agreement with a key customer;
- Advising a Scottish creative agency on the appointment of a director to their board;
- Advising auto repair specialist on leasing of substantial new commercial premises;
- Advising sports goods supplier in relation to lease management documentation; and
- Advising charitable body re lease of high profile community premises.
