Louise is a Legal Secretary in both the Residential Conveyancing Team & Private Client Team.
Louise is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the West End office. She manages reception and telephone enquiries, helping to ensure clients receive a welcoming and professional experience from their first interaction with the firm.
Louise also supports the client onboarding process and provides administrative assistance across the Residential Property and Private Client Teams. Working closely with colleagues and clients, she plays an important role in ensuring matters are opened efficiently and progressed smoothly.
With her approachable manner and practical approach, Louise helps support the day-to-day operation of the West End office and the delivery of a high standard of client service.
