Cameron Broome, Trainee Solicitor
Cameron joined the firm in May 2022 as a summer placement student and worked as a Corporate Analyst until commencing his traineeship in 2023. He supports the team in various transactions including M&A, company restructuring and corporate finance.
Cameron graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree and graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023.
Whilst studying on the LLB and Diploma, Cameron’s interests primarily focused on corporate and commercial areas of law. His passion and knowledge for business has its foundations in being involved with his family’s hospitality business and he still manages the back-office aspects of their business. This provides him with a unique insight and invaluable skills in the operation of SMEs and adopting changes from regulations and the law, to allow the core activities of the business to remain its main focus.
Cameron hopes to benefit the firm and clients from his commercial awareness and customer service background whilst learning from the talented team at Macdonald Henderson.
