Elizabeth is a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Conveyancing Team.
Elizabeth joined the firm in 2007 as a Legal Secretary, gaining extensive experience across both the Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing teams. In 2016, she obtained her Conveyancing Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing from the University of Strathclyde.
Elizabeth advises clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including property purchases and sales, transfers of title and remortgages. She works closely with clients throughout the transaction process, providing practical advice and clear guidance from instruction through to completion.
Known for her responsive and personable approach, Elizabeth is committed to making the conveyancing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Clients value her clear communication, accessibility and dedication to keeping transactions progressing smoothly, particularly when time-sensitive issues arise.
