Claire is a Paralegal in the Corporate Team.
Claire supports the firm’s solicitors and clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, due diligence exercises and company secretarial work.
A qualified corporate paralegal, Claire has particular expertise in Companies House filings, statutory registers and company secretarial compliance. She assists clients with maintaining accurate corporate records and ensuring that filing requirements are met efficiently and on time.
Claire has also played a key role in the firm’s implementation of significant legislative and regulatory changes affecting corporate clients, including the Persons with Significant Control (PSC) regime and reforms introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
Working closely with colleagues across the firm, Claire supports transactions from inception to completion, helping to manage corporate documentation and deliver a seamless service to clients. Her technical knowledge and practical approach make her a valued member of the Corporate Team.
