Eva Fraser

Eva is a Solicitor in the Corporate Team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and a broad range of corporate matters.
She joined Macdonald Henderson in 2025 following the completion of her traineeship and newly qualified year with another leading Scottish law firm. Eva graduated from the University of Strathclyde before completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
Eva works closely with business owners, investors and management teams across a variety of sectors. She is also admitted as a Notary Public and registered with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

- Advising the sole shareholder of Paper Shredding Services Holdings Ltd on its sale to Restore Datashred Limited, part of the wider Restore plc group;
- Advising the shareholders of Titan Spirits Ltd, a premium Scottish rum producer, in connection with an investment by a private investor;
- Advising on the acquisition of a UK door hardware business;
- Advising on the eight figure sale of a Scottish online fashion eyewear retailer to a UK buyer; and
