We are delighted to advise that Macdonald Henderson has been shortlisted for “Transactions Team of the Year” at The Herald Law Awards of Scotland 2022.
This represents the sixth year in a row in which the firm has been shortlisted in this category, winning on two previous occasions.
This nomination follows recent successes for the Macdonald Henderson team:
• completion of over 30 disclosable acquisition, disposal and fundraising deals this year (Q1 – Q3, January – September 2022) featuring milestone transactions in key industry sectors such as financial services, engineering, and technology, including:
• Advising the shareholders of Campbell Thomson (Insurance Services) on its disposal to Verso Wealth Management, the portfolio company Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP; and
• Advising N4 Investments on its investment in Opulus Financial, the chief financial officer solutions business headquartered in Glasgow.
• recognition once again as a top ranked corporate team by the Legal 500 Recommended Law Firm Guide 2023, praising the team for ‘the very highest level of professionalism delivered with great humanity”:
