Macdonald Henderson is pleased to announce the senior appointments of Jennifer Love as Associate Director (Litigation) and Tomas Simpson as Associate Director (Conveyancing).
Jennifer Love joins our firm from Top 10 International firm CMS, and is an experienced, diligent and driven solicitor with extensive knowledge in civil & commercial litigation and insolvency related work (both corporate and individual). Jennifer has regularly appeared across courts in Scotland and has substantial experience in Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedure as well as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Her workload is varied and includes assisting clients with debt recovery, contractual disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, general property disputes and insolvency disputes. Jennifer acts for a range of clients helping them resolve complex disputes in an effective and pragmatic manner.

Tomas Simpson joins our firm from one of the largest multi-service legal firms in the Highlands. Tomas specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing work including the purchases and sales of residential property, transfers of title, remortgages and security work, and is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Property Law Committee. Tomas has considerable experience in dealing with complex sasine transactions as well as with properties located in more rural areas of Scotland. Tomas believes that communication is key when it comes to a residential conveyancing transaction and endeavours to keep his wide range of clients up to date throughout all stages of their transaction.
