Advising a client company providing road haulage services in relation to updating the company’s articles of association and re-designation of shares;
Advising leading Scottish property factor company on corporate governance matters with particular focus on accounting treatment of sink funds;
Advising Hong Kong headquartered Scottish refrigeration technology company on a capital restructure;
Advising leading Scottish technology company in smoke & carbon monoxide detection, on share transfers;
Advising start up technology company in the medical waste disposal sector, on a shareholders’ agreement and articles of association for an incoming investment;
Advising a company in the care sector with regard to updating their style contract of employment and various employment policies;
Advising a company in the care home sector with regard to a potential company restructure;
Assisting a training company in relation to updating service terms and conditions for new clients;
Advising the chair of a board of directors in relation to a purported removal from the board;
Advising a company in the charity sector in relation to an ongoing grievance issued by an employee;
Acting for a various employees leaving employment due to redundancy or a downturn in work, by way of settlement agreements;
Advising private property investor in relation to wayleave documentation for commercial estate;
Acting for UK wide pension fund in the leasing of office property in the Scottish central belt;
Advising well known Scottish building and development company in relation to sub-station documentation for development site; and
Acting for a Scottish care company in the acquisition of a new site in the Scottish Central Belt.
