Assisting a growing law firm with the allotment of new shares and updating their articles of association;

Advising a family partnership in the drafting and preparation of a new partnership agreement;

Assisting a healthcare company in the drafting and preparation of a style NDA for use on various projects;

Assisting a software company in relation to updating their articles of association;

Advising an engineering start-up in relation to an intellectual property licence agreement with the University of Strathclyde;

Assisting a company supplying safety signs in the termination of an employee on long-term sick leave by way of a settlement agreement;

Advising an accountancy firm various issues in relation to an ex-employee;

Acting for a construction company in relation to advices regarding an ex-employee and a potential breach of restrictive covenants;

Advising a company providing residential care in Scotland on the terms of a licence agreement;

Acting for high profile traffic management consultants in leasing of new industrial premises; and

Advising well established Scottish civil engineering company in the re-negotiation of lease documents for existing premises.
