Macdonald Henderson enjoyed a great few days of conversations and insights (9th – 12th October 2025), attending the International Commercial Law Alliance (ICLA) conference 2025 in Luxembourg, with a special visit to the European Court of Justice.
Representing Scotland, Macdonald Henderson shared knowledge about the ways in which international firms can collaborate, as well as promoting Scotland and the UK as a place to do business.
A huge thank you to all of our friends and colleagues at ICLA International Commercial Law Alliance for what has been a fantastic few days, and especially to Julie Kölzer-Warnecke and Joram Moyal and the whole team at Moyal & Simon for hosting the conference.
It was fantastic to catch up with our ICLA friends and colleagues.
