- Advising a Glasgow based food and restaurant consultant on a consultancy agreement in relation to the re-design and development of restaurants within a French hotel chain;
- Advising Scottish family investment company on amendment to constitution to protect generational family interests;
- Advising Scottish technology company specialising in enterprise operations software platform designed to manage complex field operations, assets, and workflows across multiple industries, on strategic and shareholder matters;
- Advising on disposal of well-established Edinburgh artisan bakery to management team;
- Advising an electronics development house on an asset purchase agreement in relation to the sale of its business to a larger company within the same sector
- Advising a manufacturer of bespoke industrial wire products on a reduction of capital pursuant to a members’ voluntary liquidation;
- Advising Scottish financial advisor on the exercise of options under an existing EMI Option Scheme;
- Assisting an industrial equipment supply company in relation to negotiating exclusivity and non-disclosure terms relating to a potential transaction;
- Advising an international research company on the terms and conditions of new grant funding;
- Assisting a workwear company on the terms and conditions of a new funding facility;
- Advising an employee on the terms of a settlement agreement relating to their exit from work due to ill-health retirement;
- Acting for charitable body in preparing security documentation relating to their primary premises;
- Acting for property investor in negotiation of planning agreement;
- Acting for pension fund in acquisition and leasing of commercial premises; and
- Acting for local charity in leasing of high profile community premises.
