Each year, the Macdonald Henderson Summer Day of Fun brings colleagues together for a memorable day of team-building and friendly competition. This year, inspired by the hit TV show The Traitors, the MH Team put their powers of deduction to the test as they attempted to uncover who among them could not be trusted.

Throughout the day, colleagues took part in a series of challenges while the Faithful worked to identify the Traitors hidden within their ranks. Alliances were formed, suspicions mounted and accusations flew, with varying degrees of success.

At the head of the Round Table was Emily Glen-Hencher, who stepped into the role of Claudia Winkleman, expertly guiding colleagues through the challenges and introducing a number of unexpected twists along the way.

As the game progressed, theories became bolder, evidence became increasingly questionable and the pressure on the Faithful continued to grow. Despite their best efforts, a Traitor ultimately emerged victorious, with John McKeown proving he had the strongest poker face of them all.

The event provided plenty of laughs, healthy competition and a fantastic opportunity for colleagues from across our offices to spend time together away from their day-to-day roles. The celebrations continued into the evening, with the MH Team gathering on our new rooftop terrace to enjoy food, drinks and stunning views across the Glasgow skyline.

A huge thank you to Emily Glen-Hencher for organising another successful Summer Day of Fun, and to everyone who took part. Congratulations to our victorious Traitor, and commiserations to the Faithful. We look forward to seeing what next year’s event has in store.
