We are pleased to note the inclusion of not one, but two MH corporate lawyers in The Business Top 20 Rising Legal Stars 2026.
Emily Glen-Hencher joined the firm in 2021 and, after completing her traineeship with the firm, qualified as a solicitor in our Corporate team in July 2023.
Cameron Broome joined the firm in 2022 as a summer placement student, later working as a Corporate Analyst before beginning his traineeship in 2023 and qualifying in 2025.
Both Emily and Cameron have garnered glowing accolades for their work, frequently leading the firm’s advices on a plethora of seven and eight figure deals, and contributing to the firm’s top ranking in the Experian UK & Ireland M&A Report as Scotland’s number 1 firm for number of deals completed in 2024 and 2025 (to date).
As The Business Top 20 article notes:
“Emily Glen-Hencher advises on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. Her high value transactional experience is extensive, and she combines a sharp legal insight with a calm, solutions-focused mindset, earning the trust of clients and colleagues”
“Cameron Broome has a deep understanding of business operations which have given him a head start when dealing with corporate matters, including M&A, management buyouts and private equity investment. He is an approachable, astute legal adviser who has been building strong client relationships”.
We’re delighted to have Emily and Cameron leading the line on our corporate advisory work, and look forward to supporting their growth and development as outstanding transactional lawyers.
