A celebration of heritage, growth and the future of one of Scotland’s most established corporate advisory firms
Macdonald Henderson was delighted to welcome founder Morinne Macdonald to the firm’s new Glasgow office following its recent relocation to larger premises in Glasgow city centre.
Joining Morinne for the visit were David Beveridge, Managing Director, who led a buyout of the practice in 2009 and has overseen the firm’s development since then, and Laura McKnight, Director, providing an opportunity to reflect on Macdonald Henderson’s journey from its foundation to the present day and the opportunities ahead.
The visit marked Morinne’s first opportunity to see the firm’s new office, representing an important milestone in the continued evolution of the business she established almost four decades ago.
Reflecting on the Firm’s Journey
Since its inception, Macdonald Henderson has built a strong reputation for providing legal, corporate finance and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses, business owners, investors and private clients across Scotland and beyond.
During her visit, Morinne met with members of the team and saw first-hand how the firm has continued to grow and evolve while remaining true to the values on which it was founded.
A New Home for the Next Generation of Growth
Earlier this year, Macdonald Henderson relocated to its newly refurbished office in Glasgow city centre, marking an important chapter in the firm’s ongoing development.
The move provides a modern and collaborative environment for clients and colleagues alike, creating a space that supports the firm’s continued growth while reflecting both its heritage and future ambitions.

For David Beveridge, the visit was a reminder of the foundations upon which Macdonald Henderson has built its success:
